Yes. Diabetic foot care is one of the most important services we provide at home. Many diabetic patients have mobility issues or find it difficult to travel. We perform full diabetic foot assessments, nail care, callus removal, and wound checks — all in your home.
Yes. Many of our home visit patients see us every 6-8 weeks for routine nail care and foot health maintenance. We can set up a regular schedule so you always know when your next appointment is. Just let us know your preferred frequency.
Absolutely. We encourage family members or carers to be present if it helps the patient feel more comfortable. We will also communicate clearly with carers about any foot health concerns or ongoing care needs.
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient. Late cancellations may incur a fee as we have already allocated travel time for your visit.
Yes. If you are in hospital and require podiatry care — for example, before or after surgery, or during a long stay — we can visit you on the ward. Please contact us to arrange this, and let the ward staff know we will be visiting.
Yes. We have experience working with patients who have dementia, Parkinson's, and other conditions that affect cognition or mobility. We take a gentle, patient approach and can work with carers to ensure the patient is comfortable throughout the appointment.
We can provide conservative ingrown toenail treatment at home — removing the nail spike and relieving pain. However, if nail surgery is required, this needs to be performed at our clinic in Arnold where we have full surgical facilities.
Care home managers or staff can contact us directly to arrange visits. We can schedule multiple residents on the same day to make visits efficient. We will provide the care home with a list of patients we have seen and any notes for ongoing care.
